Return Policy

For customers that are not happy with the service that they received from http://www.watchlivenhl.com/we may decide to give a refund, but only if certain factors are in place. We will try to make your experience as good as it can be first, before we decide to refund you money, and the following stipulations apply to refunds.

·        We must have already tried to solve the problem that you were facing without success.

·        Your account has not been used by two or more persons, with unique IP addresses.

·        You were not trying to use our products and services on a Macintosh computer. We do not offer support for Macintosh computers and encourage our users to access our products and services on a PC only.

·        Your account is not brand new and has been renewed at least once. This is to stop people from signing up, obtaining the links to the streams that they want and then canceling their membership.

·        The above stipulation may not apply if there was a problem connecting to http://www.watchlivenhl.com/ but these will be looked at individually.

If this was an issue of being charged twice, or being charged more than the actual price, then we will, of course, offer a refund in that case.
