NHLPA not thrilled with move over CBA

The National Hockey League Players Association is not thrilled with the collective bargaining agreement, but they do not feel it is time to quit working. The Union’s executive board declined an offer to reopen the CBA on Friday, which has been in effect for 3.5 years, to ensure hockey labor peace through the 2010-2011 season.
